This Agreement is entered into between you and Changsha Nianyu Technology Co., Ltd. This Agreement helps you understand the services we provide and your rights and obligations. Please read it carefully. We have highlighted particularly important terms in bold to draw your attention to them.
To facilitate your use of the Elderly Application, by clicking through the web page or otherwise confirming this Agreement, you are deemed to have fully read and understood all its terms, agree to enter into this Agreement with the Elderly Application, and accept its binding terms. If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement accompanied by your legal guardian and pay special attention to the usage terms.

Unless otherwise specified by the context, the following terms in this Agreement have the meanings set forth below:
1.1 Personal Information: Refers to any information recorded electronically or otherwise that can, alone or in combination with other information, identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.
1.2 Data Subject: Refers to the natural person who generates personal information and holds rights to such information.
1.3 Processing: Refers to operations performed on personal information, whether automated or manual, including collection, storage, editing, retrieval, modification, supplementation, deletion, or other operations, regardless of whether such operations are automated.
1.4 Use: Refers to the use, disclosure, publication, secondary development, or transmission of personal information for purposes other than those specified.
1.5 Explicit Consent: Refers to a data subject’s consent given through a written statement or an affirmative action, such as actively checking a box, clicking “Agree,” “Register,” “Send,” or “Call.”
1.6 Authorization: Refers to specific, informed, and unambiguous instructions given voluntarily by the data subject through a statement or clear affirmative action, indicating consent to the processing of their personal information. 2.1 This Agreement is between you (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and Changsha Nianyu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) regarding your use of the Company’s product. “Users” refer to individuals or organizations that register, log in, or use the product; “Other Users” include users of other related products of the Company and users associated with the product.
2.2 The Services refer to the services provided by the product to you under this Agreement, including but not limited to group messaging and contact addition. We will continuously enhance the terminals and forms through which you access the Services, and this Agreement automatically applies to your use of all versions of the software and Services.
2.3 All ownership and usage rights of the product providing the Services belong to the Company. Upon subscription, you are only authorized to use certain features, as specified in the product’s description.
2.4 This Agreement includes the main text and all privacy policies, rules, statements, notices, warnings, prompts, or explanations (collectively referred to as “User Rules”) that we have issued or may issue in the future. These User Rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect. By using the Company’s products and Services, you agree to these supplementary User Rules.
3.1 Service Content
The Services refer to the auxiliary tools provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Elderly Application”), offering functionalities including but not limited to relationship chain expansion, convenience tools, and interoperability with other software or hardware information (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).
3.2 Service Form
3.2.1 To use the Services, you need to download the Elderly Application software. The Company grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use this software solely for accessing or using the Services.
3.3 Scope of Service License
3.3.1 The Company grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to install, use, display, and run the software on a single terminal device for commercial purposes.
3.3.2 You may make one copy of the software for backup purposes only, provided the backup copy includes all copyright information contained in the original software.
3.3.3 All rights not expressly granted in this section or elsewhere in this Agreement remain reserved by the Company. You must obtain the Company’s written permission to exercise any such rights. The Company’s failure to enforce any of these rights does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
4.1 To improve user experience and enhance service content, the Company will continuously develop new services and provide software updates, which may include software replacement, modification, feature enhancements, or version upgrades.
4.2 To ensure the security and consistency of the software and Services, the Company may update the software or modify or restrict certain functionalities without specific notice to you.
4.3 After a new version of the software is released, older versions may become unusable. The Company does not guarantee the continued availability of older versions or corresponding customer support. Please check and download the latest version regularly.
5.1 Protecting user personal information is a fundamental principle of the Company. The Company will take reasonable measures to safeguard your personal information. Except as required by applicable laws and regulations, the Company will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. The Company uses professional encryption for storage and transmission to ensure the security of your personal information.
5.2 To register an account or use the Services, you need to provide certain necessary information, such as your phone number or access to your phone’s contact list for account registration or identity verification. If required by national laws or policies, you must provide accurate identity information. Incomplete information may prevent you from using the Services or restrict your usage.
5.3 Generally, you may browse or modify the information you submit at any time. However, for security and identity verification purposes (e.g., phone number recovery services), you may not be able to modify initial registration or verification information.
5.4 The Company employs various security technologies and procedures to establish robust management systems to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
5.5 Without your consent, the Company will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization, or individual outside the Company, except as required by applicable laws and regulations.

6.1.1 Content refers to any information you create, copy, publish, or distribute while using the software and Services, including but not limited to registration information (e.g., username, profile description), text, voice messages, business cards, videos, emojis, posts, video updates, related links, and other content generated through the product account or Services.
6.1.2 You understand and agree that the Company is committed to providing a civilized, healthy, and orderly online environment. You may not use the product account or Services to create, copy, publish, or distribute content that disrupts the normal operation of the product or infringes the legitimate rights of other users or third parties, including but not limited to:
